Very pleased with the finished product BUT it took 5 months to complete, quoted 8-12 weeks. Be prepared to pay over the phone on demand. We were even asked to pay the final balance before completion. After sales service very poor and unprofessional. We even emailed the director with concerns and received no reply. Sub contractors were great but not could recommend this company.

I got THI out to do a bow window last year as my old window was leaking and the housing excutivie wouldnt replace this. THI where so helpful from start to finish. Very professional. Would highly recommend them.
