  had dealing with this firm 20 years ago and had a bad experience, decided to give them the benefit of the doubt a couple of years ago and suffered for it again. cowboys is how i would describe them, happy when taking your cash. aftersales is a joke. plus they seem to like selling cat d cars telling people they had light panel damage when infact there was severe structural damage and the insurance company had advised a write off. do not be fooled !!!!!!!

  I've always experienced absolutely fantastic service from Premier, in particular Marty. They've really looked after me from the purchase of my first car last year through to any aftersales requirements, they recently did my pre-MOT service and took my car to the MOT as I was too busy, they made it a smooth process. 5/5 service!

  Tested a car here last weekend. The car was in poor condition throughout and the salesperson was incredibly inept. Every question I asked about the car was answered with 'I dunno', 'what does that mean' and 'you should ask the mechanic'. The mechanic was no where to be found, and I was told the service history of the car was 'in the office'. When I asked to see the service history I was told it wasn't available, the last owner had it and I wouldn't be allowed to see it. The whole thing seemed very unprofessional and dodgy. There are many reputable dealers in Belfast, I would give this one a miss.
