As soon as I walked it the store owner did not want to fully listen to my explanations about my PC's faults and just assumed reinstalling my system would do the job. Without any confirmation with me he reinstalled it and charged me £60 for a mere windows 8 downgrade ?? Apart from that my laptop is still broken as it was, even after assuring me it would be fixed... To finish this company is not part of an MSI company although it has it in its name.
