Called into the showroom yesterday and was completely ignored by every member of staff. Went to Agnes’s Mini showroom alos on boucher crescent and was spoken too within seconds by three members of staff. Thinkin this was a one off I decided to phone to ask to speak to a member of staff and was told ‘it’s the end of the month and are busiest day so I don’t no if anyone’s free’. I literally have decided on the car I want to order and after this awful experience I’m tempted to try the Portadown branch.
